Down a long, winding private road through the woods and across the bridge, Mabelle Estates unfolds across 14 private acres—quiet, secluded, and a little bit magical. At the heart of it all is our Historic Southern Mansion, surrounded by trees, lawns and the natural beauty of the estate.
Birdsong, butterflies, mature oaks, open lawns and a spring-fed creek make the property feel worlds away, while downtown Gainesville and Gainesville Regional Airport are only minutes from the estate.

When Deyni found Mabelle Estates, it was abandoned, foreclosed, forgotten, and nearly destroyed—across a fallen bridge you couldn’t drive across. But the moment she walked through the doors after hiking a mile through the woods to get there, she saw what it could be:
A place for celebrations, family, love stories, and of course, horses.
She made it her mission to restore it to its full potential. Against every obstacle-- and there were so many-- she kept going. And when she started doubting the dream herself, in a serendipitous twist, Michael came into her life at just the right time—believing in her, embracing the dream, and joining her in bringing it to life.
A year later, on the night Mabelle Estates made its debut, Michael proposed—making them the very first Mabelle couple. 💍✨
This estate started with a vision, became part of our love story, and is now ready for yours.

Weddings at Mabelle
Our oversized bridal suite gives the bride and her closest people a beautiful space to settle in, get ready and enjoy the morning together, with multiple stations, a private bath, and walk-in closet.
Silvana's Bridal Suite
Located on the opposite side of the house with its own private entrance, the Villafan Suite keeps both sides comfortably separate before the ceremony—without sending the guys to an afterthought of a room. Inside: leather seating, poker, a pool table and a private bathroom. Double French doors open onto the deck, where the group can enjoy cigars, whiskey, lawn games and sweeping views of the grounds
